The hospital staff and doctor said Sain take care of you, very understanding and listens to what you have to say, the staff is kind and courteous and the Dr. Sain is the person for me, he saved my life let him save yours, Thanks Doc my family and I appreciate you

Staff is friendly and attentive. I was seen as soon as I arrived at the office, but there were long waits between different parts of the visit. Taking vitals happened right away, but then I waited 45 mins for a consult and another hour to have a test performed “while the room was prepared.” It doesn’t seem like it would take an hour to prepare a room, but no other explanation was provided. Overall, it was a positive experience but 2 hours in the office seemed like a long time for what took place.

The doctor and his staff are above and beyond. They informed each patient how the procedure in the office are, very professional and friendly at the same time. My first time visit and I’m really impressed. Keep de good work.

I am very pleased with Dr. Sachin Jain and his staff.

The executive manager Mrs. Pichardo is an extremely disrespectful, rude, unprofessional, and inconsiderate person. She was very humiliating at the moment of me trying to change the day of a stress test and a f/u appt they gave me without asking me which day would work better for me. She got upset because I politely told her that the appt date they chose for me it wouldn’t work for me because interfere with my job. Then I tried to politely ask her to please help me and understand my situation because also I wasn’t feeling good and because of that I was talking low and slow, but her response was to asked me if I ever step in a university; so I literally begged her to please be empathetic but Mrs Pichardo which is the executive manager was very careless about my concerns and my explanations; at that point the impression she give is that she needs to go back to her university because definitely she didn’t learned anything there. She has zero education and is very unprofessional. Is very sad to see that an apparently mature person like that, is so uneducated. The executive manager have no empathy, no patience, no tolerance for patients.
